Let's talk about Miranda Bailey

Chandra Wilson, also known as Grey's Anatomy's Miranda Bailey, is probably the "glue" of the group. She seems to hold the cast together and I don't see the show being the same without her. She is the intern's original boss, and also known to be not so affectionately as the Nazi. She likes things done a certain way, and in the end, they will be done her way or no way at all.

Miranda made her presence known by telling the newbies not to bother sucking up to her, because she already hated them "and that is not going to change." There has been little sucking up, as well as hardly any talking back, either... which isn't too surprising! She means business.

Miranda plays a strong, hard surgeon, but you find that on the inside she does have a soft heart and is a struggling, single parent outside of the ER just like a lot of us happen to be... struggling.... often feeling quite alone...
